ADDING VALUE TO LAND OUTSIDE THE ZONING PLAN
We developed our own real estate project in Backadalen. It started with a vacant lot outside the zoning plan for the Hisingen district of Gothenburg. The land was owned by a private family, and we acquired it from them after getting the new zoning approved. The new zoning includes two single-family homes, nine group housing units, and sixteen condominium apartments. The site is currently under development. To facilitate a cost-effective construction process, we formed a company together with other stakeholders—Hällingsjö Hus (homebuilder), Ängö Schakt (excavation), and Malmström Edström Architects.
