Sound project idea produced award-winning results

Together with HSB and Johannes Norlander Architecture, we have developed the concept and framed the project for Studio 1 on part of the site of the old television studio headquarters on Delsjövägen in Gothenburg.

The motto for the project was Stylish: a modern interpretation of the historical residence. Enduring values were central to the project: investing in timeless elegance executed with meticulous attention to detail. We have been HSB’s representative and partner throughout the entire process leading up to occupancy. The project was a big success, and Studio 1 has been awarded the prestigious Kasper Sahlin and SAVG architecture prizes and has been nominated for the Per and Alma Olsson Foundation Prize.
