In developing a property (increasing the value of unimproved land, conversion from—for example—industrial use to housing, or a new construction project), we do scouting, property research, due diligence, market analysis, investment appraisal, development of schematic designs and studies (with appropriate consultants), and evaluation of development density.

In the planning phase, we serve as the developer’s representative in preliminary studies for a development permit application, and we provide support on construction and development matters. We can also produce developer-driven zoning plans for developers and serve as consultants to a municipality’s development department.

We provide project management from land acquisition to occupancy with comprehensive responsibility for every aspect of the project, including planning, design, bidding and negotiations, construction, and cost control. We can serve as the lead consultant with comprehensive responsibility over the design process and all its contributing players.

We provide property law contracts for land sales and acquisitions, property surveying services, support in eminent domain cases, and a second opinion on property appraisals. We can also draw up development contracts, easement agreements, and utility easement agreements.
