Positioning rewarded in the Frihamnen district

Our work to take advantage of the potential of Lagerström Place was a success, and we were able to demonstrate our ability to deliver when collaborating with a partner with resources, in this case Rikshem. Our contribution put Rikshem on the map, positioning them as a serious player in the eyes of the municipal administration.

In continued collaboration with Rikshem we have formulated a land allocation agreement application for a parcel in Vision Älvstaden, the City of Gothenburg’s plans to develop the riverfront Frihamnen district. The application was for 2,000 apartments and 100,000 m² of social service properties. That has led to Rikshem and another play securing the largest parcels in the district and a prominent role in the project.
